This company answers the phone unlike others that I have tried to purchase from. The merchandise I wanted was ordered the same day after my conversation to verify in-stock availability and shipped in the same week. Very good quality in fabric and stitching. The letters are stitched on top in between the fabric making it better for lasting wear and washing.
