I love this jacket. If you do plan on wearing this with thick clothing underneath, Size Up. I ordered this in an XL. it's a little on the short side as far as length but nothing too major. again I love this jacket and will probably get it in black as well

The embroidering of the shield and letters was well done. My only reason for a 4 is that I recommend that you size up if you want to wear a sweater or layered shirts underneath. They run smaller than another line jacket I used for reference to order these sizing.
